Feb. 10

In Moonglade. Writing from Moonglade. Spending the rest of the week out of Stormwind with You-Know-Who. Our own personal vacation together. Went back to talk to him on Wednesday to tell him about the things I failed to go and tell him about on Sunday because Peddlefoot Arrow. Was a bit surprised -- he brought it up first. Said he had been thinking about it a lot. Of course, I know as well as anyone that Antonius thinks about things a lot more than anyone does on average. He is, in short, very much a 'thinking' sort of person. It sort of concerned me at first, because -- heavens! He had probably been thinking about it too much. So, we started off talking about it slow. And how much of that was the Peddlefoot Arrow? And how much of that wasn't the Peddlefoot Arrow.

Well, I do not know about YOU, Agnes Yardley, but I simply don't throw my clothes off and crow out "SLEEP WITH ME!" at people. No, I do not. I really do not do that. I also don't fall to wild abandon behind holy establishments. I simply don't, Agnes, and I don't know if that's what you're interested in lately but I would venture to say that the ACTIONS PERFORMED were probably because of the Peddlefoot Arrow. Whilst you might be certain that the sentiment was honest, I don't think you can validate dropping trou a-- I am writing in my journal like I am talking to myself out loud. God's Death. I am truly a fucking moron.

Getting to the meat of the bloody matter.

We agreed that we aren't exactly just teacher and student anymore.

No. We aren't. We are most definitely something more than teacher and student.

Something more, indeed. what do you call it?

Is there a proper name for this? Are we -- no, it's not COURTING because COURTING is so silly and false and Gilnean and even though ~~he's such a polite gentleman about literally everything~~ Well maybe that is courting? He's a knight. Knights court ladies, right? I'm a lady. He's a knight. I suppose this is some variant of courtship. And it's something we obviously both signed up for, so it isn't 'arranged.'

They don't have words for things like this!!

Miraneev said Miss Katheren Cray was her 'guardian.'

But Antonius guards the Sigil. He doesn't just guard me.

But we aren't conduct~~ing any research. At least, not like the Peddlefoot Arrow research HAHAA~~ shut up Agnes

I cannot sit here and fill up my dearest Journal with ponderings over what's come between us so I shall simply say, Something has Happened Between Us. And now we are ... together? paired? bonded? courting? maybe courting special well of course it's special If it weren't special I would be able to stop thinking about it Where is the logic in this I thought this was supposed to be easy to figure out He said I was the right person more than just the right time and the right place. Maybe I should just ask him. Except I know exactly what he'll say. "I don't know." Well, dear heart, I don't either. That makes two of us. Even if there's no name that fits it, it's because I haven't thought of it yet. Obviously. I think of everything eventually. It's what I do.

~~You know I don't think a lot of that was the Peddlefoot Arrow after all He's a KNIGHT. And the things he SAYS. And even now he holds me close and looks into my eyes and I can feel my own heartbeat~~

There is a publication that wishes to interview me about Yardley Perfumes. A dignified Worgen fellow named Tobbes Blackwell? (I think?) and his associate Boompen. Boompen was being quite derogatory to Ova Candleburn and I cannot abide that. Even though the woman has gone out of her way to be a bane of my very existence (calling me FAT), I cannot deny that I care about her. She is more than simply a comrade. She is a friend. As difficult as it is to admit, she is a friend and a compatriot. I respect and admire her. She has capabilities that I shall not have for a long time, for she is much older and wiser than I. Marius intends to train Battlemenders, and I told him I ABSOLUTELY would be attending some of his training. He acquiesced. And yet, I realize -- I must continue to pursue being a nurse as well. I want to give as much back to the Sigil as it's given to me. I have a lot left to do. Thank the Light that Alanden never made good on his death threat, aye? So much left to accomplish.

I have a lot to do when I get back.
