A teenage girl of average build, if a little short, with an inquisitive demeanor. Her auburn hair falls an inch or two past her shoulders and is neatly brushed, her straight cut bangs are sometimes tucked to the side. Amber colored eyes seem all the lighter for her tanned skin. Around her neck is a silver journal charm on a matching chain and a ring decorates a finger of each hand. The one of her left ring finger is a rather fancy looking engagement ring. Often she has some decorative hair pin or other accesory but they change with her outfits.
At the crook of her neck and along her collarbone are thin scars. They look to be the work of a blade with the way the white lines are so precise.

Born on the Hawkins Apple Orchard in Westfall, Amavia lived there and studied with a private tutor in the arcane arts till the Shattering. During the Shattering, Amavia and her mother Svafa moved from Westfall to Stormwind as their home was destroyed. In the early winter of this year, Amavia relocated to Dalaran to enroll in classes under the tutelage of the Kirin Tor magi.
She now is an Apprentice Kirin Tor Investigator under her master George Worthington II and works with his other apprentice and her partner, Raoul Wheaton.
She was adopted by her aunt on her birth father's side and as her mother died soon after, Amavia relies almost completely on her aunt for her financial welfare now. The plot of land she inherited from her mother's last lover, Liandar Westbrook, has been transformed into an apple orchard now and that is one of her few assets outside the Delaurac family.
