An average looking man who prefers to wear loose fitting clothing, a few things stand out about Dorien. His bright red hair is one, his tattoos are another, and finally his lack of expression.
The first tattoo goes across his face, along his cheekbones and over the bridge of his nose. It's a thick and blocky script, and for those who can read Dwarvish, it says "I'm so drunk" in the feminine connotation. The second tattoo starts under the first on his left cheek, continues down his neck, and under the collar of his shirt. This writing is sleek and smaller.
His facial expressions are neutral at best, neither smiling nor frowning, preferring something in between. He speaks in a slight Lordaeron accent, and while clear, also lacks any sort of inflection.
