Morning came and she had remained at his bedside throughout the night. When she awoke she checked his wounds. His arm would mend well enough. There would be some scarring, it would be faint. The hole in his side however, still worried her. He had shifted back into the other form in the night. She remembered in the past him telling her that the human form was one he had to at least keep part of his mind focused on holding. To her this was not a good sign. Still he did heal faster as a wolf than a man.
I worked with the children. They are wonderful. Ever longing for attention, and love. I wonder if I acted this way when I was a child. Though in some ways I still am.
However today I was discovered. I was found by one I did not wish to meet. She knows who I am. I know who told her. Damn my brother...
I had wanted to live here without dealing with Kor or his new life. I thought the city would be large enough that I could never see him. I guess he will find out soon enough.
He's going away soon. A'dal and G'eras have decided to send him to that ragged little outpost in Ashenvale. Forest Song, the last time I was there...That was where he left me long ago. Or I left him I don't remember. We parted ways there, years before. He went on to fight the legion, and the to the north. I stayed behind to commune with the spirit of water in the forest pond.

So A'dal merged what he could together. My brother seems a bit more life like now. He moves around a bit more, but still has those empty eyes. "The soul is not complete," the naaru says. I have to take my brother out to Nagrand and recapture what that damn demon sucked out of him.
Xeress slowly made her way back to the city. It had been nearly a full day since she had left. She went straight to the naaru to deliver the fragment of her brother's soul.
They accepted it without question, and set to work to finish it's purification and to prepare it for it's reunion with the other fragments. She approached V'reu and questioned if Vajarra had remained. The priestess had left. That was all she needed to hear. It truly was all up to her now.
Xeress stepped through the door to the tombs. Auchindoun was one of her least favorite places she had ever been. The stench of the dead made her feel uneasy. In truth this was the place of the two she didn't want to go to. She had been drug from here near death by her brother once as a child. He scolded her all the way back to the city then. But that was long ago. She was scarred by what she had seen then. She felt no better now.
After the priestess left, Xeress felt unsettled. Too many "what ifs" coursed through her head. She had been given specific instructions on what had to be done in order to guarantee her brother's safety. This could not be left to chance.
She set out a totem and summoned the spirit of water that was watching her brother. He was still perched on a bench, the bench. The bench that belonged to him and his priestess. She shook her head "she is his no longer."
She came to me today. I was deep in thought when she arrived so I know not how long she was there. She found me in a sad state. After all I have learned, how can I ask her to help? I will take this upon my shoulders and mine alone.
Brother, if only you were here now. You would tell me how foolish I am and to let you go. I cannot, I love you. You are the only family I have. I cannot let you go. Mother and father would be so angry if I gave up. I won't give up on you. I know you can make it.
