Villainous Intent

Written in plain Orcish, and placed alongside a Common translation, there is a grubby piece of parchment posted on the wall of a room in one of the buildings of Dalaran.  It reads as follows:

Are you an evil person, using everyone around you to further your own goals?  Or perhaps you are a misguided soul?  Regardless of your reasonings, your objectives are clear.  Whatever you want, however you want it.

Welcome to Villainous Intent.  May the blood flow freely, and your desires come to fruition.
