[H] For the Horde! - Old World Raiding

I'll start by saying I know many people run old raids weekly anyhow. But rarely is it organized...if I've somehow missed a group doing this already, please let me know.

This will be a weekly (or bi-weekly) group organized around clearing Old World Raids. I will start organizing the raids, but I may not be the exclusive raid leader. This differs from the occasional trade group because we'll be on a "schedule" where we run an old raid once a week or so. We will use the in-game calendar to handle invites. More on that in the section below. We will be raiding everything from 10 mans to 40 mans. Whether or not we get 40 people interested will remain to be seen. Raids will not be in-character per-se, but everyone is welcome to roleplay in-between pulls.

Anyone is welcome to join. However, you must be at least level 80 to participate in these raids. I understand lower levels may want to come, but at this point our goal is not to simply gear lower level characters. The goal will be to get achievements, experience old content, and have fun while strengthening Wyrmrest's community. These raids are not exclusive to roleplayers, but I do ask that everyone is respectful regardless of in-game status. Discrimination and unfair treatment will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from being invited to future raids.

I do not have yet have a time/day of the week set. However, once a day/time is set, it is very likely this will become the normal "raid" day.

Those who wish to attend may do so, but invitations will be given on a first come first serve basis. It does not matter if you come every week - it will not affect your loot. I do ask if you accept to come via in-game calendar, try to be available for invites 10 minutes before the set time of the raid. You do not need to come flasked/food buffs/etc. The in-game calendar will be primarily means of inviting.

Loot rules will be on a greed-rolling system. You are limited to two pieces per raid, simply to avoid loot whoring (unless no one else contends for a piece won after the second acquired item...for example, I win a chest and a belt and then roll on an axe. If no one else rolls on the axe, I can still be awarded the axe). Rings/Trinkets/Necklaces will be rolled on for vendor and will not count towards winning loot. There will be no reservations.*

I'm organizing these as an outlet to see old content regardless on whether or not you're a raider or simply a farmer. These are open to everyone. I want this to be a fun experience for everyone!

...all of that being said, I do still need at least 9 others to get started with this. Please post here if you're interested. I know that some of this stuff can be solo'd, but still...having a group is fun. :-) We'll worry about specs and classes later. I do need help making this happen~ if you're interested, let's do it!

• Sunwell
• ICC 25 Hardmodes & Normal Modes
• Farm mounts for those interested

*The only exception to no reservations would be if we're taking Person A and he's two weeks away from getting enough shards for Frostmourne, then I'd prioritize to them over someone just starting the questline. I do not forsee this happening often, if ever.
