Only because the lip movements aren't even long enough to match the subtitles, let alone moving in sync.
...
It's a personal irritant when I see lips moving out of sync with speech (either in the case of desynced audio or chopped-off animated GIFs like that). Watching TV kinda sucks when the station has gone and gotten the audio just barely out of sync with the video. I find it hard to concentrate on what's happening...
You're just too old to fully appreciate Steve! (Okay I technically should be too, but I had siblings so uh EXCUSES EXCUSES)
and yeah it bugs me too, but I didn't make it.
