- History
Fierine was born in Lordaeron City, shortly after the orcs first entered Azeroth, to the Lady Paxineau Velianne Cheraville and Archmage Dufresne Calloun. After Dufresne's mysterious passing when Fierine was five, she was raised by her mother, whatever nobleman her mother was taking up with at the time, and an endless parade of orc slaves, nannies, and tutors. She was sent to Dalaran at age 16, amongst much protestation, to train with the Kirin Tor.
Fierine easily conquered many of the Kirin Tor's trials of magehood, and everyone expected her to become an Archmage like her late father. Hungry for ever-increasing power though she was, something else seemed to distract her from her studies. Rumors abounded that she had fallen in with an unsavory group of dark magic practitioners--the wilder stories claimed that these twisted magi were working with banished Archmage Kel'Thuzad himself--but nothing could ever be proven.
Fierine married Lord Eraevan Esteban Sarpedon III of Gilneas at age 22, and their manor within the city walls played host to an endless cavalcade of balls, soirees, and tasteless indulgences. Eraevan was widely regarded to prefer male companionship, and few understood the strange pairing of Lord and Lady Sarpedon, especially when they failed to produce any offspring, but the way the Lady Sarpedon spent her new House's reserves would surely quiet any question as to what benefit she received from the union.
Then one strange night, during another of Eraevan's balls that took place mere weeks before the outbreak of Plague reached its height and Gilneas' city walls were closed forever, the Lady Sarpedon appeared at the festivities frazzled, wounded, and half-mad. She and Eraevan quarreled bitterly--some heard accusations about a "Cult"--and he revealed to everyone a strange brand burnt into the palm of her hand before sending all the guests away. It was the last any of Gilneas' high society saw of either Lord or Lady.
Kul Tiras sailors told of a one-handed witch who calmed the seas for ships that granted her safe passage in the years following the Plague's outbreak, but such sagas are impossible to substantiate.
Lady Fierine Cheraville Calloun reappeared in Stormwind City some six years after the Third War, bearing a left hand constantly wrapped in bandages. She seemed drawn to the city upon hearing news of a tribunal being held by the Argent Dawn concerning the fate of an Archmage Sima Yi, who was accused of attacking Forsaken as though they were Scourge enemies, and furthermore alleged to be an open practitioner of necromancy. Fierine was often seen in the company of the fallen Archmage, though no romantic ties were observed between the two.
Reunited with her mother, the Lady Paxineau, Fierine quickly rose up the ranks of Stormwind society by co-hosting an assortment of balls, galas, and other social gatherings, and found herself engaged to the highly-regarded Archmage Robious. Just weeks before the scheduled ceremony, however, Robious was discovered stumbling through the city, shriveled, severely aged, and rambling like a madman. He was committed indefinitely.

- Personality
Haughty, aloof, and doubtless better than you--even if you're from Lordaeron. Outwardly, just another snooty noblewoman. But inwardly: histrionic and psychopathic, and has probably done everything you've heard she has, and more. Necromancy, blood rituals, demonic bargaining, collusion with a serial killer? She's into that.
Alignment: Neutral Evil, with efforts at Lawful Evil and lapses of Chaotic Evil insanity.
